What is the attire?

There is no dress code, but the attire worn to most shows is Dressy/Casual.

What time do the doors open?

Typically, 6:30pm-6:45pm for most shows with a showtime at 8pm. However, check the website listings as some shows do start earlier or later.

What time does the show end?

Show runs until approximately 9:30pm-10:00pm

Do you have handicap accessibility?

All tables are wheelchair accessible. We do suggest getting to the showroom early for easier access to the table before the showroom gets crowded. For specific assistance with ticket purchase please contact the Andiamo Box Office directly.

Can I cancel or exchange my tickets?

No – tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Is dinner included?

Tickets are show only (unless otherwise indicated). Reservations can be made in our restaurant before the show. Food can also be purchased in the showroom.

How much is parking?

Cash only – Free self-parking and $10 valet

Why haven’t I received my tickets yet?

Tickets are mailed out one month before the show and the credit card is run the week of the show.

I bought tickets at a table, why does it say general admission?

You are assigned to a table but the seats at the table are first come first serve.
